Report No. CS-2026-0016

Recommendation(s):

1. That Council receive Report No. CS-2026-0016 prepared by the Corporate Strategy and Transformation Division, Corporate Services Department, dated May 6, 2026, respecting a Population Health Assessment Supporting Residents in Georgina.
2. That Council endorse Attachment 1 to Report No. CS-2026-0016, titled "Care for All - A Population Health Assessment Supporting Residents in Georgina".
3. That Council direct staff to continue working with Southlake Health and the Northern York South Simcoe Ontario Health Team through the Memorandum of Understanding to advance the recommendations outlined in the report, including development of an Advanced Care Centre in Georgina.
